At LilacShade, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases! However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

Standard Return Request, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise:  All items are fully inspected prior to shipment,; however, should you receive a defective, incorrect item, or simply want to return your item; please follow these steps within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a return:

    1. Login to your account to retrieve your LilacShade Customer order number.  You can locate your order number on the package in which you received your shipment.
    2. Email and indicate the type of return request (i.e. defective item, wrong product, wrong size).
    3. Receive the approved request via email from our returns department (typically received within 24 hours).
    4. Items must then be physically received within 7 days after approval.  Be sure to include your order number on the outside of the package and a note inside the box with the return reason. 
    5. Items not received within 7 days of approval will be NOT be accepted and will be returned to you, no exceptions.
    6. Please return items using Untied States Postal Service only.

    1. Approved returns will be issued a store credit for the purchase price less shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.  

    Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are non-returnable:

    • Hair accessories, lingerie/underclothes, Deal of the Day items, Final Sale items, bathing suits, jewelry, and handbags.
    • When Discount Codes are applied.  
    • Items that have been tampered/altered.
    • Items with makeup stains.
    • Items with fragrance or cigarette smoke odors.
    • We do not accept returns on international orders due to customs and excise fees. 

    Use of Store Credits:

    To utilize a store credit, enter the code (provided once the return is processed) at checkout – the store credit will automatically be deducted from your total.  If you do not use the entire store credit amount, the remaining funds will be saved to your LilacShade account for use with future purchases.

    Store credit expires 120 days from the issue date.

    Items purchased with store credit may only be returned for store credit.  Please note that purchases and subsequent returns of items purchased with store credit will be limited to just two transactions.

    Restocking fees:

    A restocking fee of 20%  of the order total will be charged for any shipments that are returned to LilacShade due to an incorrect shipping address, customer refusal, merchandise returned defective, etc.
