LilacShade ships with a variety of shipping couriers, however our main carries consists of: DHL and USPS. Once your shipment arrives in your country if you are internationally based your package will be transfer to your government Postal Service Provider.

We do have an international warehouse to accommodate customers across the globe. Depending on the item availability, we ship from the closest warehouse that has the product available.
At times, the courier takes time to update their Shipping Portal but rest assured that if you have received a tracking #, the item has shipped out. Normally, courier will update the shipping portal at that time it arrives to its next destination.

Processing time is our timeframe to complete your order. This usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time is the delivery time once we have shipped out your order after processing time.

Our sizes run true to its size. We are following US Standard Sizing with 3cm error/allowance. When in doubt, ask us and we will be glad to assist.

Cancelling an Order?
This can only be done within 24 hour timeframe from the time you have placed an order.
Made a mistake with your Shipping Address? Email us at email@example.com right away. If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, chances are that your order has already been processed, packed and shipped. In that case, we won't be able to make any more changes.
